Dear Patriots at Scary Squirrel World,

Thank you for putting my drawing of the Angry Balloon Squirrel on your web site. I am honored you would even consider it!

As for your question if I actually ever met Angry balloon Squirrel, the answer is YES. On my 5th birthday I had a big party with all the usaul trimmings including balloons. These were made of foil or something and filled with helium.

All the kids got one or more balloons. Mine had the picture of a cartoon-like squirrel on it. Unfortunately, it got away from me and floated up into some overhead wires where it lodged and caused some sor t of short. The short sent all these sparks flying and that in turn started a fire in the dry grass of a vacant lot next door!

Well, the fire department and police showed up to save the day and my parents were given some sort of stern lecture about the dangers of that kind of baloon.

That night I had a terrible dream that I now know was a vision of the truth... I found myself confronted by Angry Balloon Squirrel who had the magical ability to set everything in the world on fire... I woke up screaming...

Now I know that wherever there is a squirrel-related fire, and even if it's blamed on a live squirrel, it was really caused by Angry Balloon Squirrel and his evil allies.
