Millions of years ago, When the island-continent of Australia broke away from the supercontinent, Gondwana, it left behind a pre-historic landscape that had yet to see it's first skwerl.
Australia's flora and fauna then evolved in isolation. Today, 95 percent of its mammals, 70 percent of its birds, 88 percent of its reptiles and 94 percent of its frogs are found nowhere else in the world.
As for skwerls, the average Aussie and most Patriots will tell you, there are no nutzys in Australia.
Sure, there are marsupials that look a bit like skwerls. Like the misnamed Squirrel Glider, Petaurus norfolcensis, which is really a flying possum, but no skwerls. Or are there...!?!
Patriots, what you are about to read will shock and horrify you...
