The skerrs have been taking over for many years. I cannot even tell you when the invasion started, but I can tell you how bad it is now. The skerrs are so numerous, that they are no longer afraid of human presence. You can even feed the skwerls by hand.
As to how many skerrs there are, I would guestimate over a 1000 on a campus of 7000 people. Thats 7 humans to every one skerr. These numbers are scary.
I may be considered a squirrel-lover, but I fear an invasion. I know what the skerrs are capable of.
I have seen the KING on campus. This skerr probably weighs in excess of 12 - 15 pounds. He looks like a large cat, and is still very quick and agile. They are slowly increasing in numbers and I would guestimate that an invasion is no more than 4 years away.
Help us any way you can. I cannot hurt the furry thangs. We need an outside contractor!
